Yogi Trilochan has been practicing yoga since the age of fourteen, having been trained for four years in the traditional Gurukul system under the strict guidance of his Himalayan yoga guru Swami Prakash Giriji.
Expert in asanas, pranayamas, yogic kriyas, bandhas, mudras, mantra meditation, guided meditation and Yoga Nidra, Yogi Trilochan has been expertly guiding and supporting those in need of yoga therapy for over twenty years. He is also a published author on pranayama, Breathing: A Total Guide for Everyone.
