PRANAYAMA

Pranayama or breath control. Prana means 'vital energy' or 'life force' and ayama means 'controlling'.

 

Pranayama practice uses various techniques to control the flow of vital energy going in and coming out of the body.

 

Regulated practice brings balance of body and mind. ​There are many benefits but practice must be done under the guidance of an advanced teacher.  ​
